The former Indian defence minister and Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday told the state legislative assembly that he would serve the state with sincerity, Integrity , dedication until his last breath.
Tabling and reading Rs. 455 crore surplus Annual budget at the state legislative assembly, Parrikar said that “Both Goa and Goemkarpon has given me a lot…. Love, Affection, Honor, and Countless blessings ….. I promise that I will serve Goa with sincerity , Integrity , dedication until my last breath.
He further in his 6 minutes budget speech said that “present circumstances have prevented me from delivering detailed budget speech, but there is a josh, that is too high…. Very high and I am in hosh …. Full in hosh”.
In recent past, the Goa Health Minister Vishwajeet Rane has asserted that Parrikar was suffering from pencretatic cancer, the NDA allies MGP in the high court had stated that 3 MLA’s including CM Parrikar were terminally ill.
Since, February 2018 – CM Parrikar has been in and out several hospitals across India and USA.
