The Former Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar’s elder son “Utpal Parrikar” on Friday said that he had not given an thought about contesting the bye elections from Panjim constituency. Utpal, who made his presence at Mahalaxmi temple in Panjim on occasion of union Ayush minister Shripad Naik’s nomination filing procedures told reporters that “Yesterday was the 12th day of my father, I am Just now coming out from mourning. I have not given thought about contesting elections. I have to think about it.”
He further told reporters that “ I have taken note of the sentiments of people. I have been coming at the Mahalaxmi temple since last 5 election terms whenever the party kicks off election campaign from Mahalaxmi temple in Panjim”.
