MGP Chief, Sudin Dhavalikar on Tuesday slammed that Dr. Pramod Sawant led BJP govt for misrule of the administration. He said that the govt was attempting fasten rope to its neck for suicide, by outsourcing public project on PPP mode.
Addressing media persons in Panjim, Dhavalikar said that the Goa Health Minister, Vishwajeet Rane was been forced to execute hospital projects under PPP mode as the state govt was not providing him proper financial assistance.
Stating that the Reliance power project arbitration case was a fit case for the state government to learn detrimental impact on the state finances, Dhavalikar said that govt should also review MOPA airport BOT clauses although the state would incur 33% revenue profit.
Dhavalikar also demanded white paper on SEZ land allotment at Savoi Verem and IT Hub project land at Donapula. He said that the govt, should place its vision document in public domain with respect to the SEZ and IT hub land use.
