HOLD  EX-MINISTER, PWD OFFICIALS AND  CONTRACTORS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACCIDENTS DUE TO SUBSTANDARD ROADS: GOA ACTIVIST

An activist in Goa, earlier this week has urged the state government to file a vigilance complaint against former Goa PWD minister Sudin Dhavalikar, PWD officials and contractors for poor quality of work which caused several road accidents due to pot holes in the state.

 

 

Speaking to Goajunction, Activist Ashwinkumar Naik , who filed the complaint to the Goa Chief minister said that, he had petitioned the  state govt  for  vigilance probe after an private bus commuting schools children over turned into a paddy field at Raia causing injury to 10 people.

Naik claims that the road starch from Fatorda to Borim was hot mixed in 2019, but was depreciated within few months. He claims that quality of roads was unacceptable and people involved in construction of substandard roads should held accountable.
