ZP POLLS: AFTERMATH OUTBURST, GOA CONGRESS TO HOLD CRUCIAL MEET IN PANJIM LATER THIS AFTERNOON TO DECIDE UPON FIELDING CANDIDATES ON PARTY LINES

The Goa Congress President Giresh Chodankar and leader of opposition Digambar Kamat will hold an crucial review meeting in regards with ZP Polls in the state.  The meet comes, 2 days after several congressmen slammed its legislative members decision of not contesting the ZP polls on Party lines.

Earlier,  on Saturday Goa congress vice president Sankalp Amonkar was forced to chair party workers meeting at Panjim headquarters to decide upon parties decision of contesting ZP elections. 

Congress men had criticized its MLA’s Digambar Kamat,  Pratap Singh Rane, Ravi Naik & Alexio Reginaldo for  refraining  to contest elections on party lines.
