INDIAN PRIME MINISTER, MODI HAD ADVISED MANOHAR PARRIKAR TO TAKE CANCER TREATMENT IN PORTUGAL: BIOGRAPHY

According to “An Extraordinary Life: A Biography of Manohar Parrikar”, Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi during his visit to Mumbai hospital, had advised then Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar to visit Portugal based specialized in cancer treatment. The book claims, after extensive research by family members, Parrikar was flown to New York based hospital for advance treatment.

The Biography also asserted that Prime Minister Modi told Parrikar, while seeking advance medication at United States of America that “Cancer could be fought by willpower and positive thinking”.

Earlier this month, renowned book publisher – Penguin International has released a biography on India’s flamboyant politician who took charge as Indian defence minister in PM Modi govt . The book has been written by veteran journalist Mayabushan Nagvekar, Sadhguru Patil.

Sadhguru Patil, is known in Goa for his extra-ordinary intelligence in sourcing political, social and allied information. While, Mayabushan has been known for writing very sensitive and critical stories in Goa.
