Panjim MLA, Babush Monserrate was rushed to the state government run Goa Medical College and Hospital on Thursday morning at Bambolim after he reported low blood pressure, slight weakness and vomiting.
According to his spouse Jennifer Monserrate, doctors at GMC are suspecting vertigo. GMC doctors are conducting several tests on Monserrate. He should be discharged in next 2 days. His condition is stable.
Goa Chief minister Pramod Sawant has also asserted that Monserrate’s condition is stable.
Supporters are advised not to throng GMC amidst pandemic outbreak. Minutes after Monserrate was admitted at GMC, several councilors and his supporters gathered at the hospital.
