According to Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant’s Office, “A team of experts including Dr. Rajeshwari, Head of Critical Care Medicine, AIIMS, Dr. Anant Mohan, Head of Department of Pulmonary Medicine, AIIMS, New Delhi, Lt. Col. Munish Kumar, Transplant Anaesthesiologist, Army Hospital(R & R), New Delhi and Lt. Col. M Shyam Critical Care specialist, Army Hospital(R & R), New Delhi arrived in Goa yesterday”.
The press release issued state’s that “ They evaluated the health status of Hon’ble Minister Shri Shripad Naik yesterday night and today and had detailed discussions with the treating doctors”.
“They also briefed Hon’ble CM and expressed satisfaction with the treatment being received by the Hon’ble Minister. Since his health condition is stable, they have stated that there is no need to shift him to AIIMS, Delhi”, says media note from the Chief Minister’s office.
Meanwhile, AIIMS team took reviews of COVID-19 hospital management, at GMC-Bambolim and Margao C-19 hospital. The AIIMS team have suggested some, additional measures to the chief minister.
