Taking a jibe at Goa Power minister, Nilesh Cabral for not attending its debate scheduled to discuss power tariff in the state, AAP Leader and Delhi Jal Board Chief Raghav Chadha on Tuesday said that it would provide free electricity to 73% people within 48 hours after forming its government in the state.
Addressing media persons in Panjim, Chadha said further that it would provide 50% reduced bills to 20% people if comes to power in Goa. He maintained that people in Goa, were looking at the AAP for free health care, medication, water and electricity.
