Written exams scheduled after 22nd April for filling all permanent jobs in the state government carder are postponed until further notice, Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant told reporters in Panjim on Wednesday.
Dr. Sawant, said that temporary vacancies which are required urgently in the health sector would be filled by the state government by taking oral interviews. He however maintained that examinations scheduled on 22nd April would be conducted maintaining covid protocols.
The decision from the state government comes, in wake of acute rise in COVID 19 cases in the Goa. According to the state health directorate, 1502 COVID 19 positive case, with 17 fatalities in last 24 hours.
