GOA REPORTS 1ST SOS CRY FOR OXYGEN AT GMC || SUPPLY RESTORED AFTER CHIEF MINISTERS INTERVENTION

Goa reported first SOS Cry on Tuesday for the medical oxygen at the Ward no. 142 in GMC Hospital at Bambolim. According to the Chief Minster Dr. Pramod Sawant, there was shortage of oxygen supply, however 60 cylinders have reached to ward and the supply has been restored.

Earlier this evening several citizens across the Goa, amplified a GMC Oxygen shortage SOS shooted by Ashely Delaney through social media. Amplified alarm forced the chief minister for swift response of the cry.

The Chief Minister and the state administration for past 10 days are constantly monitoring oxygen stock and allied life saving essentials at COVID 19 hospitals across Goa.

Earlier this day, the state witnessed a blame game for shortage an oxygen supply between Health minister Vishwajeet Rane, Dean of GMC Dr. Shivanand Bandekar and CM Dr. Sawant.

The opposition leader Digambar Kamat, Goa Forward Party Chief Vijai Sardesai, MGP Chief Sudin Dhavalikar, Independent MLAs Rohan Khaunte and Prasad Gaonkar have slammed the chief minister for the COVID 19 Crises in the state. They further demanded resignation from CM for COVID mismanagement.
